THE HELP TO BUY (SCOTLAND) SHARED EQUITY SCHEME IS CLOSED

The Scottish Government’s Help to Buy Affordable New Build Scheme closed for new applications on 5th February 2021.

Regrettably, the Scottish government have indicated they do not intend to reopen the scheme. However, the LIFT shared equity scheme remains open for first time buyers and other priority groups.
